• Project scope, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual contracts.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.

• Pay invoices as per agreed schedules.

Intellectual Property:

• Final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.

• We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio (unless NDA applies).

Limitations:

• Not liable for third-party tools (e.g., app store rejections).

• Projects may incur additional costs if scope changes ("scope creep").

Disputes:

• Governed by laws of Kerala, India.

• Arbitration in Kochi courts for unresolved issues.
